Shipments can only be delivered within the United States and may experience some delay due to COVID-19. Due to a limited amount in our designs, pre-ordering may be an option.

In stock item Shipping: 

After your order is made, order(s) are typically processed within 1-3 days, and shipped. From the time of shipment, the order takes between 2-8 business days.

We ship with UPS Standard Shipping.


 Pre-order Shipping:

the processing turnaround time is up to 4 weeks as all designs are available in limited quantities and made to order.  Once item is fulfilled, shipping takes between 2-8 business days. ALL ORDERS qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

*Disclaimer: Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders except for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. territories. No international shipping offered. Please be aware that your order may experience some delays due to COVID-19. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

After your product is made, order(s) are typically processed within 1-3 days. Customers will then receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number from UPS.

Customs, duties, and taxes

LINA DWEIK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


LINA DWEIK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

At the moment LINA DWEIK only offers free shipping anywhere in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally, but we hope to make this a possibility in the future.

Return & Exchange Policy

At LINA DWEIK, we care about your satisfaction. Our return policy allows for hassle-free returns of unworn items within 10 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your confidence and satisfaction in our products is important. Please reach our to us for any assistance!

Return Process:

1. Contact us- Reach out to our customer service team and provide your order number.

2. Receive Return Authorization- Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization along with instructions on how to proceed.

3.Prepeare the Package- Pack the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

4. Ship- We will send the return label to you to ship back the item.

5.Inspection and Refund- Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria . Upon approval, we will process your refund promptly.

All of our products are made with care.Colors of garments may lose their colors upon washing or dry cleaning. Following the care instructions as provided might avoid loss of color or seepage of color into other garments.
