These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions guide the rules of placing pre-orders with LINA DWEIK for any products sold on our website www.LINADWEIK.com. By placing a Pre-order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth.
The following conditions apply for any Pre-Orders placed:
Making Pre-Order Reservations
When placing a Pre-order for items on our website, you will be asked to input personal information, such as your address. By placing your order, you acknowledge that all your inputted information is accurate and current. LINA DWEIK has no responsibility and will not accept any liability for information that may not be accurate or information that is no longer relevant or current. LINA DWEIK will not be liable or responsible for making the effort to revise or alter such information. Please note that you are able to update your information at any time prior to shipping.
LINA DWEIK sells pre-ordered items on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that all orders will be made according to when the pre-order is placed.
Pre-orders will require full payment at the time of placing and buying. For any reason, if LINA DWEIK is unable to fulfill your order, then a full refund will be issued.
Please note that all designs are handmade and have limited quantities. You should expect a turnaround time of 8 weeks for your pre-order to be made.
LINA DWEIK aims to ship pre-ordered designs as quickly as possible. Pre-orders will be sent 1-3 days after being made. Free Standard Shipping applies for your Pre-order(s) within the United States except for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. territories. Standard delivery timelines will apply when the pre-ordered product is shipped.
